Matthew Petrusek

Dr. Matthew R. Petrusek is a scholar of philosophical and theological ethics. He holds an MA in Religious Ethics from Yale University and a PhD in Religious Ethics from the University of Chicago. He serves as the Senior Director of the Word on Fire Institute, Professor of Catholic Ethics, and Host of the Word on Fire Show with Bishop Robert Barron. He lectures widely on moral philosophy, theology, politics, social issues, and the Catholic intellectual tradition. Committed to integrating faith, reason, and culture, Dr. Petrusek brings a rigorous yet accessible voice to the urgent questions of contemporary life.
