Dr. Lee Robinson
Dr. Lee Robinson is an educator, scholar, and U.S. Army officer with more than two decades of experience developing leaders. His assignments include leading Army helicopter and aviation support units, serving as a strategist for the implementation of the Army’s human capital reforms, and teaching and leading academic programs. Lee’s teaching, scholarship, and professional work focus on leadership, public service, talent management, and the development of people and institutions. He is co-editor of The Talent Imperative: Inside the U.S. Army’s Talent Management Transformation. Lee is a Distinguished Honor Graduate of West Point and holds a Master of Public Administration from Cornell University and a Ph.D. in Public Administration and Policy from the University of Georgia. He and his wife, Heather, have three children and live in New York.
