About Parent Teacher Conferences

Fall parent-teacher conferences are an important way we partner with you in your child's education. We look forward to connecting with you and sharing your child's progress during the first quarter. These meetings are an opportunity to nourish our partnership with you and collaborate in the full human education of your children.

For students, the end of the first quarter can be a crucial time to reflect on their performance so far, receive helpful feedback, and set goals that enable them to reach their fullest potential as we look ahead to the rest of the academic year.

Our teachers will be prepared to give you a picture of your child’s strengths and areas for growth in each subject area. We strongly encourage you to make every effort to meet with them. When scheduling Upper School ELA, IHP, Math, History, or Science, you will select “Upper School Core” and meet with the panel of core subject teachers together. When scheduling Upper or Lower School Latin, Music, Art, or PE, you will select “Upper/Lower School Specials” and meet with the panel of specials teachers together.
