Valor San Antonio to Move to New Location, Enhancing Educational Opportunities

San Antonio, Texas (May 31, 2025) – Valor Education, which serves over 5,000 students at its five K-12 tuition-free classical charter schools throughout the Austin and San Antonio metro areas, is pleased to announce the relocation of its San Antonio school to a complete and well-equipped facility, effective for the upcoming 2025-26 school year. The new campus will enhance educational opportunities for students and improve the learning environment.

The school will be moving to 15415 Red Robin Road, San Antonio, TX 78255. Although the new campus is located on property owned by Our Lady of Atonement Catholic Church, Valor San Antonio will remain a public, tuition-free classical charter school. Charter schools are prohibited from promoting or endorsing any religion.

“From the launch of our school community, Valor has been committed to offering an education that stretches our students’ moral, intellectual, and athletic imaginations and capabilities," says Dr. Mark Discher, Headmaster of Valor San Antonio. "We are confident that this move will enable us to dramatically improve the education we can offer our students."

The new location offers twice as much learning space as Valor’s current campus and includes a full gymnasium, science labs, a dining hall and outdoor courtyard, a playground, a weight room, and athletic fields. This new campus is well suited for Valor’s robust and rigorous curriculum, nature studies, extracurricular clubs, and competitive athletics. The school will also have ample room to increase its enrollment.

“This was an unexpected and unique opportunity to improve our school’s learning, performance and competition spaces and other amenities," added Stephen Gordon, Superintendent of Schools at Valor Education. "We're excited to see how these new facilities will foster student growth and achievement."

Valor had previously announced to its school community that its property at 4300 Centerview Dr., San Antonio, TX 78228 is listed for sale. The property consists of approximately 93,000 ft2 of building space on 11 acres of land.
